Here's my second card based on this month's SheetLoads sketch:
Stamps: DRS Designs (Large Original Plaid P641, Girly Swirly Cake M454, Girly Swirly Flowers F487, All About You sentiment H371); Ink: Stampin' Up (Pretty in Pink, Melon Mambo), Tsukineko (Memento Tuxedo Black, Versamark); Markers: Copics; Cardstock: Stampin' Up (Pretty in Pink, Melon Mambo, Rich Razzleberry, Chocolate Chip), Papertrey (white); Die Cut: Spellbinders (Oval Nestabilities); Border Punch: Stampin' Up (scallop); Embossing: Stampendous powder (detail white); Ribbon: Papertrey (chocolate satin); Other: Sakura (Stardust glitter pen).
This version is a bit modified from the original sketch plans: I rotated the sketch, added extra pink layers, and used an oval for the cake image. The printed papers are all plain cardstock decorated with DRS Designs' images to create my own personal, color-coordinated DP.
