This is no ordinary week at the Midnight Madness.

Each day something different will be posted on the blog to keep the party going. To be eligible for the prizes, make sure you come back each day to see the new party theme and post another comment.

It will be an exciting week of activities and we need you to help with our celebration. You may not want to leave the party!!! We will be having door prizes from the comment section in addition to our regular drawings for each of the activities we post. The only requirement is that you have played "ONE" of our challenges in the past year and post your comment. That's it!! You’ll want to log onto the Midnight Madness Blog, grab your crafting supplies, and party with us each day for a chance to win.

If you are new, just join us for MMSC53!

50's swing is my favorite retro dance -- is it really 'retro' if it's still popular today? Here's my dress for the MMSC dance party:

For my card, I went with the pure CAS sketch, using fun DPs to dress up the effect. The image is faux watercoloring with a bit of flocking because all dandelions (even pink ones!) are fuzzy, right?

    P.S. -- I used to love going to 50s/60s dances, too. My mom and I even created our own poodle skirts with cute felt poodles and fuzzy pompoms.

  18. Jessica-this is so clever and creative. I love that you used flocking on the dandelions. When I was a kid, I just to love picking them and blowing on them and watching the little "fluff" flying in the wind. This is simply delightful. So much great texture and color.

    Bear Hugs,
    Carol :o}
