Stamps: Blooming with Love, mine acrylic tea set. Ink: Real Red, Cool Caribbean, Brilliant Blue. Cardstock: Close to Cocoa, GP 110 white, Always Artichoke, CM ginghams. Accessories: primas, circle punches, CB embossing folders, ribbons.
These Flower Pot cards featured in the Splitcoast Stampers Technique challenge a few weeks ago (see the tutorial HERE) were perfect for the moms on my Mother's Day card list. It was also a great way to showcase these larger Primas that seemed to overpower other layouts.
Gifts for my moms this year were in the tea party theme -- plenty of tea and honey swizzle sticks to sweeten it. I used the Nestabilites to create tags from computer generated sentiments stamped with mini tea images:
Happy Mother's day to my mom, my step-mom, and all the moms out there!
