For my card, I chose a birdbrain gifting flowers -- it could be a symbol of my childhood with all the wildflower bouquets (we won't go into the 'birdbrain' aspect of the image ;) ).
The inside sentiment is a quote I just found today:
“A mother is she who can take the place of all others but whose place no one else can take.”
— Cardinal Mermillod
Now head over to Jo Edward's and admire her creation!
Challenges entered include:
2) The Challenge #32: Polka dots on both the flowers and one of the flags!
3) Pile it On #66: use a pattern in at least two different ways (see polka dot comment above!)
what a sweet card! the sentiment you have added to the inside is perfect! :)
