Coffee Goes Best with Friends

Here is our sketch with optional twist for this week's challenge:
I used the sketch as drawn, going for CAS with this fun sentiment from the 'Friendship (Faithful Friends)' digi set, and embellished with three gems to coordinate sparkle and complete the optional challenge to use three of something.
