Stamps: Sweet 'n Sassy (Chocoholic). Ink: Stampin Up (Purely Pomegranate, Close to Cocoa), Tsukineko (Memento Tuxedo Black), Copic markers. Cardstock: Papertrey (white), Stampin Up (Purely Pomegranate, Raspberry Bliss), Georgia Pacific (white 110). Accessories: Stampin Up (Pomegranate wide satin ribbon), Martha Stewart (border punch), Spellbinders (Oval and square Nestabilities).
Chocolate makes everything better, doesn't it? OK, maybe not everything, but it sure is more fun than exercise!
This card is another one of my submissions for the August SheetLoads e-issue which is sponsored by Sweet N Sassy Stamps, the source for this yummy stamp set, 'Chocoholic'. You can download the issue which contains the sketch and complete cutting diagrams for free HERE.
I rotated the sketch and also stamped the chocolate images on the dotted DP to personalized the background paper. The chocolate image is colored with Copics and cut out to create an almost -good-enough-to-eat die cut.
Two more delicious chocolate creations still to go, so stay tuned for next week's reveal!

Now this is very very yummy looking Jess!! So why did you need to put exercise with it?!! TEE! :)
ReplyDeleteJessica, you are killing me with all this talk about Chocolate...it is my weakness!! and I'm trying so hard to exercise...to get into some kind of routine before work starts again...but now I hear the M&Ms calling from the kitchen cupboard!!! :D Great card. I am in the middle of making a card based on this layout as we type !!
ReplyDeleteI love this card . . and chocolate . . . but really back to the card!! HA I still really love my pom too, and you did a terrific job with this sketch . . WOW! Btw, had to really laugh at Donelda. I too am trying to get back into a routine and started a new way of thinking/eating just this week. I hear your pain, Donelda. :) I have a good recipe for a low-fat chocolate cake. I might have to send it to ya both. Hugs, Kel
