These Hero Arts real flower stamps are still some of my favorites, and fit the bill for this sketch.
The technique for these flowers is called 'Faux Watercolor with Markers' which is basically inking up the image and then spritzing it with water prior to stamping for a softer look.
The glittery butterfly is cut out of the DP and popped up to accent the flowers:

ReplyDeleteThis is BEAUTIFUL Jessica! :) Ya know, I use watercolor all the time, but very rarely in the true art form sense of the word (Like this technique). Even though it's "faux" -- is that weird or what? LOL. But I LOVE the look!! WOnderful card!!

I saw this in the sheetloads magazine and I loved it!! The flower is so soft and fuzzy looking!! I am particularly fond of tall images so I am loving this layout!!
