Stamps: Magnolia 'Baking Tilda', sentiment. Cardstock: Bermuda Bay, Basic Grey DP 'Lemonade', Papertrey white. Ink: Memento black, Copics, Rich Razzleberry. Accessories: Rectangle Nestabilities, wide grosgrain ribbon, SU scallop border punch.I'm a big fan of challenges, especially sketch challenges. This sweet Tilda is from the new Magnolia
'Yummy in Your Tummy' collection; her card was inspired by the
Flourishes' Feel of Fall' card because it was a perfect sketch to use this wide grosgrain.
The second card is based on the
Fall To Layout #58 by my all-time favorite clean and simple sketch site, aptly named
Clean & Simple Stamping. I found these primas clearanced (how could I resist??) and they are a perfect match for the Rich Razzleberry AND a challenge from a new challenge site I just found called
Opus Gluei which challenged me to 'Say it in Flowers':
Stamps: Papertrey 'Birthday Basics'. Cardstock: Rich Razzleberry, Crushed Curry, Basic Grey 'Lemonade'. Ink: Rich Razzleberry. Accessories: SU scallop border punch, Basic Grey 'Lemonade brads', Making Memories 'Noteworthy' primas.Speaking of challenges, these flowers qualify this card for the
September challenge over on KLSNS by using notebook paper on a project. Detail photos on the
KLSNS blog show it a little more clearly, but the blue prima is actually printed on a notebook grid!
My most exciting challenge news? In case you haven't noticed the new blinky in my side bar, I've been chosen to be a
