This week's challenge is to use a color combo that reminds you of Summer -- for me that color combo is grass green and the blue of clear skies. And what could be more Summer fun than swinging in your favorite tree swing?
This fun Sophia is one of the brand-new Paper Pretties' releases named 'Swing on By Sophia'. I paper-pieced her dress to coordinate with the very summery 'Beach' DP -- can you see the flip flops on the panel underneath the image?
The sketch is inspired by Friday Sketchers #115 -- the slightly tilted panel was perfect for a swing theme and a peek at those flip flops, too!

This is so pretty and summery. Love the branch at the top, looks so cool. And the red hair is fantastic, I'm a big fan of red hair! Beautiful all around and definitely summery!
