For my card, I chose a birdbrain gifting flowers -- it could be a symbol of my childhood with all the wildflower bouquets (we won't go into the 'birdbrain' aspect of the image ;) ).

I didn't use the optional twist for this week because I decided to go for a super quick CAS version of the sketch:  add a funny sentiment plus cute DP and in just few minutes you have a handmade card!

 

This is what I need to do more of because I always seem to be running behind (or late) on cards :( .

For my card, I used the sketch as drawn and included the extra twist -- this hashtag counts as two words, right??  At least it does to this Twitter-avoiding person!

For my card, I followed the sketch as is and by using a simple image to color along with sentiments from the DP, also made it a quick card!

 

I added the numbers to the balloon to personalize it for our youngest daughter who will be entering high school in the Fall.  Where DO the years go??
